Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened, non-collectible* items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Defective video games may be exchanged for store credit only. New-condition items with missing components must be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's policies. We will assist to the best of our ability. Special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee if canceled or returned.
*Note: collectible items include, but are not limited to, sealed and unsealed trading card games (Magic: the Gathering, Pokémon, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We ship to United States addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and US military addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products. For example, spray paint may only be shipped via ground shipping. Other restrictions may apply.
Freight Forwarders
Shipments to freight forwarders are entirely at your own risk.
Local In-Store Pick-up
If you are local, you are welcome to pick up your items in the store during business hours.
Shipping Costs
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These estimates are machine-generated, and do not take into consideration any real-life issues that may affect transit times, including man-made and natural disasters.
Please also note that the shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your product, and are estimates only, though are usually accurate. If the actual shipping cost is substantially higher or lower than the quoted rate, an adjustment may be necessary. You will be notified for authorization prior to adjustment, and will have the opportunity to cancel an order if you do not agree to the shipping rates.
Processing Time
We make every effort to ship orders out within one business day of receipt. In some circumstances, especially during busy seasons, slight and reasonable delays may occur.
