Non-collectible and non-clearance items may be returned, unless otherwise marked, within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund in the original payment method, or store credit.
The return period is extended for items purchased between “Black Friday” (the day after Thanksgiving) and December 24. Items purchased during that period may be returned until January 8 of the following year.
Clearance items may not be returned.
Snacks, drinks, glue, paint, putty (including “Green stuff”), and other perishable items may not be returned.
Any items subject to light, heat, or cold damage may not be returned.
Defective video games may be exchanged for store credit only.
The serial numbers of consoles and various other electronic devices are recorded, and such items may only be returned with an original receipt. Returns for such items will only be accepted if they are in as-purchased condition with a matching serial number.
All returned items must be in sealed, original condition.
Items returned without receipts will be refunded in the form of store credit, if a recent purchase of the item in question is recorded in our store records either under the returning person’s customer account or without an associated customer name. Any item not showing an applicable sale within the previous 14 days may not be returned.
Trading cards, including both singles and sealed product, as well as other collectible or randomized blind-box items may not be returned.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs for online sales.
Management may at their sole discretion, make exceptions to these rules to allow the return of an otherwise non-returnable item. Management’s decision on such matters is final.
